This is an old farmhouse table, that I decided to use as part of my redecoration, rearranging, re-painting and fluffing. I am painting it "Apple A Day" red...
You are such a tease Miss Penny...I love everything I see...and know I'm going to be "red" with envy....or is that green? Well...in keeping with your apple a day theme...I'm going RED!! Loving it!! I can't wait to see the finished creations!! HURRY!! I'm going crazier...waiting!! LOL
Hi Penny.......went out and got the amgazine and as soon as I opened the page there was one of your home made treasures. You are very talented and now I will show the magazine around and say I know you. Sharon K
The room is to heavy..to full..I wanted a light cozy feel. I had to take the big chair I haven't shown yet. The wood stand was in comp. room and hubby took it over and put that in there for me a T.V I love the colors, but wanted soft..breezy and cozy.
Oh Penny, I can't wait to see what all you are doing over there.....red paint, lavender toile, a rooster, hmm....... I am going to Charlotte. Is that anywhere near you??
Hi Penny.... Just wanted to invite you over to my blog for a give away. In honor of my sites grand opening. Just post a comment under "friends are like flowers" and I will add you to my list. I will e-mail you regarding the bird house later. Love what you are doing so far...very french country.
Penny, I got your sweet post about my dad...thanks for stopping by. I must say...I am secretly relieved that you did not sew your cushions ( I know I'm a sick soul...huh???)...but now I don't feel like such a slug...I'm like you...I probably could have done it...but most surely they could be completed by a seamstress much faster than I could have completed them....hoorah...for others out here in blogland kind of like me!! Makes me feel a "tad" normal!!!
Hey Penny! Am visiting for the first time via a couple of Aussie blogs - love the red table!! I'm in shabby chic mode at the moment, but love deep reds and greens! Have fun with the paint brush! Bear Hugs! KRIS (Tag Along Teddies)
