Sugar is Sweet ~ A Mosaic Sugar Bowl Lamp

Do you ever wish you could clone yourself? It seems like there is just not enough time to do all I want to do!

Here is the latest mosaic creation from my studio.

This is a vintage silver sugar bowl, wired into a little lamp. Then covered in sweet vintage rose china. To top it all off, a sweet shabby rose covered shade. This one is a custom order and will be heading out to it's new owner soon.
Playing in the Studio,
Penny

Miss Penny, I feel like that almost every day.

That lamp is adorable. There's something about it - not sure what, but something that strikes a chord deep within me. hmmm...

Another beautiful thing Penny!
Just a question, just in case I might ever, I mean if I ever try, just try this, just for fun you know...

How do you break your plates so they don't shatter into too tiny pieces?

Wonderful lamp Penny! LOL, I think I'd like to clone myself only if I improve on the original. Otherwise I'd be left with multiple procrastinators. I wouldn't mind having one of YOUR clones here to work with me though!

Penny, I absolutely ADORE your work! Wouldn't that look adorable atop a tatted doily!? hee hee!

...or better yet, a lampshade with tatted trim on it with beads hanging down...on one of your lamps!!! SO pretty! I can see it now.

I was browsing the internet and found some mosaic covered watering pots and they were cute, but the work looked sloppy compared to your nice even layer of mosaics! :)
