French Decoupage Rooster

Ooh La La!
I decoupaged this LARGE rooster with vintage authentic French letters dating from 1904 and a vintage French song book dated 1929.

Each piece of vintage paper was hand torn (not cut) and placed on the rooster.

For fun....look how handsome he is with a frayed burlap scarf!

One of a kind piece of French art for your home.  Available here.

Playing in the Studio,
Penny

This is a wonderful idea! I love that you took a rooster to a whole different level! I could do this same effect on an old crusty ginger jar lamp I have stashed away!
Wonderful post!
